Измените настройки безопасности браузера IE

Следуйте инструкциям ниже:

  1. Откройте Internet Explorer.
  2. Нажмите значок шестеренки Сервис в правом верхнем углу, а затем выберите Свойства браузера.
  3. Перейдите на вкладку Безопасность.
  4. В окне зоны выберите Интернет.
  5. Теперь нажмите кнопку Другой и прокрутите вниз до Загрузка.
  6. Убедитесь, что в пункте Скачивание файла установлен переключатель Включить.
  7. Далее нажмите кнопки Применить и ОК.
  8. Перезапустите Internet Explorer и проверьте, помогает ли это.

Если данное решение не решает проблему, попробуйте следующий вариант.

Сбросьте настройки браузера IE

  1. Откройте Internet Explorer.
  2. Нажмите кнопки на клавиатуре ALT + X и в открывшемся окне выберите Свойства браузера.
  3. Перейдите вкладку Дополнительно, а затем нажмите кнопку Сброс.
  4. Установите галочку на параметре Удалить личные параметры и нажмите кнопку Сброс.
  5. Перезапустите Internet Explorer и проверьте, помогло ли это решение.
